PA Bow and Arrow stretches - 1 minute a stretch x 6 = 6 minutes
Manual Mandingo Stretches - 1 minute a side x10 = 10 minutes
Warmup (heated sock)
LM Bundled session - 2.5 minutes a stretch x 6 = 15 minutes
Hang with 2 lbs for 1 hour(Xsleeve)
Total Active Stretching Time = 32 minutes

You kicked some serious ass! Keep up the good work so we can see a huge increase in size when you measure!
