Is masturbating ok while on any routine for Penis Enlargement.... And if so when is the correct time frame to masturbate without hindering your gains from Penis Enlargement???

I appreciate any responses...
 
I've read somewhere that its 6-7 hours pre or post Penis Enlargement workout you can masturbate..

Many believe that it effects gains, while others dont..
 
I do it. I try to limit myself though so whenever I need to get hard during my routines its easier to get excited. Also, every time I masturbate I find it to be a good time to do some edging. AND on top of that make sure you are taking plenty of protein because 90% of your bodies protein is lost through ejaculation and your body needs protein to heal tissue.

This idea has been about for years,were it came from who knows,made up by someone and it keeps getting regurgitated as fact,there are those that swear they have made better gains from abstaining and others myself included who say it makes no difference.
 
Really, like, 90% of the protien i intake is leaves if i bust a nut?

So, if one was lifting for muscle mass and trying to gain weight, its better him to not masturbate?

Sorry to get off topic, Me personally, I dont think it effects gains, but I dont jack off because it usually messes up my routines, and I liked that pumped feeling/look after a nice routine, and if I jack off it just shrivals up.
 
Honestly I don't remember the source of that but it might have been that your sperm is composed of 90% protein. Either way too much masurbation and your boyd loses many important vitamins and such. I just keep my protein intake up and limit myself to one nut bust a day. (Unless of course a lady is around);)
 
As said MANY times before by others Penis Enlargement is meant to enhance your sexual being not put it on hold. If you feel like doing it, do it!
 
lol One of the first things I learned in my College Biology class is that male ejaculation helps prevent prostate cancer. So use it while ya got it
