I think it helps especially if you edge a lot. The constant supply of blood not only helps the penis regenerate, but also keeps it expanded longer.
I was just about to ask a similar question but I decided to search first. I've read a lot about people's Penis Enlargement routines, AM, PM, days off, etc. But i'm curious about the masturbation schedule. I'm trying a very focused routine right now since gains have been escaping me. So I'm actually not going to masturbate most days (which is nuts for me, since I've been masturbating every day for the last 30 years!). I think I figured out why people gain with edging. It's kinda like the PGE1 injections - you are erect for a long peroid of time, which hopefully causes growth. I guess it's a natural way to enlarge through being erect without doing any intense exercises. If this is the theory, then I imagine you don't want to jerk off hard, you'd want to kind of make as little contact as possible. maybe just enough to keep it hard .
Funny you say that Mike, I was employing that exact technique. Definitely seemed to have a more positive Penis Enlargement impact rather than a vigorous session. Lately my challenge is my masturbation time or Penis Enlargement time is all in the same span of 1.5 to 2 hours a day that I have to myself. It's too short a span to do both, which is what I've been doing. Testing is smart so you can find a schedule that will not mess with EQ. Everyone is different, some can whack and whack and still have incredible EQ, others need a longer refractory period, like myself. For me once a day or every other day does not effect me negatively.
With that said I do occasionally whack off 5 times in a day to help train my refractory time (time to regain an erection).
