For you guys that do manual stretching...........how the hell do you maintain the stretch for a certain amt. of time? Im holding each stretch for 30scs, but then my arms up to my shoulder get so damn tired. It's like im going to throw out my shoulder from pulling so hard

How hard are you suppose to pull?:(
 
use baby powder, pull hard and don't watch the clock during each stretch...just set an amount of time, say a 30 min session, and alternate hands during the workout.

Your hands and arms will eventually get conditioned. Before each session I try to warm up my shoulders by doing a series of shoulder rotations and then stretching my wrists pretty good.
 
I have the exact same problem. I have a hard time holding a stretch for more than a minute max. For me, its the wrist and my skin on my cock that hurts. Then again I do pull the hell out of it..often using footlong technique.

I heard that Talcum (how do you spell it?) powder is great, anyone use this?
 
Hey bigbuttlover, I have the same problem you do. It's not so much that my arms get tired from stretching, its the possibility that I may pull the skin off the head of my dick (which I have) and sometimes if I do try to stretch harder it feels like I'm pinching something. Also, I'm right handed and get a better stretch with my right hand. Stretching with my left hand can get very frustrating because I can't get the right grip and therefore apply a hard enough force to the stretch.
 
...and AfroMan10 don’t worry about sustaining a stretch for a certain amount of time, I can barely maintain a stretch for 10 secs. let alone 30. I stretch for 30-40 mins. with 2 min sets to stretch with each hand. My ligs are always sore the following day even though I can’t sustain a particularly long stretch.
 
I don't think you need to sustain a stretch for 30 seconds to get the results you're looking for. There is another take on this--that short (3 to 5 seconds) very intense pulls is enough. And it's easier to sustain short pulls for a longer period of time as you increase the strength of your grip.

Your grip does get stronger with time and the talcum (or baby) powder does work well. You can also get those cloth gloves at the pharmacy, which come in boxes, a dozen or so per box. They're pretty cheap and you can reuse them if you get lub, or whatever on them.

I don't ever get that close to the glans that I chape, scrape or burn the skin on the head of my penis. In fact, I keep my grip at the circumcision scar or below--that's a couple of inches (or at least an inch), down the shaft from the head. If you're uncut, or you have lots of foreskin to play with, so that you can reduce the direct impact on those sensitive nerves, then that's different.

I injured those sensitive nerves in that area once and I don't want to repeat that kind of injury. It put me out of commission for many weeks until that nerve healed.

Err on the side of safety, as always. You only have one dick to work with. So be kind to willy--especially his head. Use YOUR head.

If there's any pain there, stop. This should not be a sharp pain-filled experience. Stretching pain is one thing. Any sharp pain is a signal to stop and rethink what you're doing.

Easy does it!! Give time, time. Rome wasn't built in a year. Etc. etc. etc.

If you're unhappy with the size of your glans, that's what ma nature gave you. Deal with it. I don't believe there are many success stories out there regarding enlarging your glans. In any case, I think that is for people who have been at it for some time. I would love to read about a success story in this regard.

Penis Enlargement uses a different set of muscles than you are used to. Over time you will become stronger and these things will no longer be an issue. For now hold the stretch for the amount of time that you can apply maximum intensity. What is maximum intensity? This is the total force you can apply without tearing the penis. Finding this grey area take time and experience. It is very difficult to rip the penis off the body (hint)

Grip is funny as one solution that works for one guy may not work for another. I have experimented with different methods that all have "better grip" capabilities, you may want to true each and experiment.

1. Latex Glove (non-latex available) work wonders
2. Gold Groves have a great grip, if you can take it they make ribbed
3. Baby powder
4. Baby Power with a small amount of moisture
5. Tissue wrapped around the glans
