Manual Stretches Vs Traction Vs Weights????

Hello all, I am trying to get the Fastest results in Length using 1-2 hrs 6 days a week. All I want is and Extra .5-1.0 inch in Erection NBP length as fast an safe as possible.

Would Manual Stretches be better in all directions or Weights be better??? Or maybe a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device??

Threak-X, i been working for about a yr+ off and on, doing clamping, pumps, manual stretches, jelging, & slow squash...

Need to bump up my length..

It's the amount of intensity you apply coupled with adequate recovery time.

For myself I tried manual stretching and couldn't get the intensity needed to cause enough stress/fatigue to promote any real gains.

I did a Hanging program with the BIB-hanger for 6-months and gained 3/4 inches in length.

First thing you want is to do is condition your penis for the intense stress you are going to place on it. I usually recommend the DLD-Newbie Routine for minimun 30 days because it hits all the angles for the ligaments and tunica inside.

Map out a routine and stick with it for 3-6 months and avoid jumping routines every few weeks.
