Hey all
How many of y'all work a manual labor job and still practice pe on a regular basis.
I have worked a few manual labor jobs in the past including landscaping and moving but at the time I was never really consistent with my pe routine.
Since September, I have finally been going consistent and my hard work has been paying off. However, I may start working at a freight company loading and unloading trucks, and I wonder if this will impact my pe training at all.
The reason I ask this is because in the past working labor, I would kinda get reduced blood flow to my dick, intense activity can do that I guess. Anyways just curious to hear other peoples experience witht working a labor job and keeping up with a solid pe routine.
Thanks a lot and I hope I posted in the right section.
My main concern is if it will impact potential gains due to the potential for slight diminished blood flow, although I have a feeling I may be overstating it's significance.
