There was a thread about this longer time ago, I think there were negotiations going on for him to be in a adult film.

Let's face it though; that penis is probably always on the soft side, as in strong erection wouldn't happen. 19" would need a lot of blood. Just speculation though!
It's interesting that there people like him in this world and especially willing to share his "condition."

Kyo is correct I watched a documentary earlier and the doctors said his penis was only about 6-7" the rest was abundance of foreskin and they said it's not natural as he claims but from hanging weights from home made devices. Either way I had just never heard of it and when I saw that vid I was like wtf lol so I shared it.

Yes I heard he is from mexico. I already recently that doctors are trying to reduce the size but the guy refused. I don't know how true it is.

It's true. Was all in the documentary, he said no to them because he believed the bigger the more macho as he said it the man is even though he can't have sex with it. So dumb but whatever some people just thrive off attention.
 
I also agree with kyo.but a small correction,what you saw was not a xray, its MRI, and it confirms that its 6-7 incehs of actual penis while the rest is skin,you can see the different tissues in the upper first portion while the rest is uniform tissue indicating that its either skin or something else. But I can't see the urethra because they have the measurement line right where it would be.

I remember reading an article with debunks from official doctors regarding that his penis is just 6" and the rest is skin. Try looking up "19 inch penis debunked" or something. Something should come up.

I swear in the documentary I saw he pissed with that shit on. The end is like panty hose material and he held his dick into a small bucket. If the most of it is foreskin as said, he could do a favor and have it reduced. I am not sure about adult foreskin, but I recall reading that baby's foreskin will cater a very large area, it's used for burn victims. Maybe his skin could be used like so? Surely if he has a disablity check, a surgery would likely make him "poor", don't know how much he is getting though.

I really don't see that much of a point having such "log." The interviews are strange about the man, definitely not all "right" in the head. Human ego is a strange thing! Surely people might look in awe or great curiosity, but if it's mainly just soft flubbery tissue, it's not very usable for sex that includes penetration. Of course sex is more than the penetration, but it's a part that's considered very common anyhow.
In a way he's an interesting case of how body modification can take extremity.
