So after learning that i could increase the size of my dick (THANKS DLD!), a couple days ago i thought "ay i dont really like my height that much is there anything that i can do about that also?" (Im 5' 8" and my mom's about 5' 1" and my dad 5' 6" so it could of been worse)...So I googled how to increase height and came across this site http://www.freewebs.com/supertaller/index.htm Theres a FREE routine of stretches that they give u and they say that after 4weeks u should c a 2-3inch increase in height and 2 to 3 weeks later an extra .5-2inches more...So im going to give them a try and c what gains i can get with them...

There's a couple reasons y i want to change my height 1) I dont like 2 feel inferior to tall women or women who r taller than me in hills 2) I want to be at least even height with the majority of males that i run into (again i dont like to feel inferior) 3) I've been this height since like the 9th or 10th grade (early growth spurt also have had the same size dick since the 8th or 9th) & 4) because out of my main friends that i kick it with im only taller than 1 of them which is about 5' 7" the rest are 5' 10, 6', 6' 2", 6' 4", and 6' 7"...

Im looking to be anywhere b/t 5' 10" and 6'...I'll give updates on my height change (if any) at the end of the 1st 4weeks and then again at the end of the 2nd 4weeks...If i get any height change then i'll continue with the program past 8weeks if not then i'll jus give up...

If any of yall have tried or want to try this or something like it then post ur results on here and keep us updated
 
I'd have to say this is impossible due to the fact that bones do not grow once they have calcified. They can only be grown prior to that stage. You might be able to improve your posture and pick up an inch or so, but 2 to 3 inches of body frame growth in 4 weeks is akin to adding 3-4 inches on your penis in 2 months. In fact, it's more absurb because of the shear volume of extra tissue to increase the body versus just the penis.
 
Im going to have to agree. NOT GOING TO WORK. Even growth horomones they give to midgets really dont have to much effect on making them taller maybe a couple of inces. Its all genetics. Just because your short does not mean you cannot not establish yourself as an effective male leader. Try this!
When talking to someone who is taller than you stand further back from them so this is not aparent. When talking to someone who is the same height or your taller get closer.
Its all about body language man. 80% BL 20% of wat you actually say so remmember that...
 
Yea i dont think that the program would add that much height over that amount of time either...But i do think that it will add at least 2inches if u stay consistent with it overtime (ppl have reported this on a forum sort of like this 1 but for height) its not about stretching the bones its about stretching the cartlage between ur joints and in ur spine...This is possible b/c i remember watching tv a while back and there was this African tribe where the women put these rings around their neck from young and as they get older and their necks gets longer they add more rings...

And im cool with being my height around ppl who r taller than me, it doesnt take from my confidence...i really dont think about it that much but when i do its sort of like if i had a 8" dick and i were put in a room with 5 guys who had dicks btw 9 & 10 inches and 2 with a 6.5" , my size is good and im not the smallest in the room but i'd jus prefer 2 be bigger cuz im not the biggest or around it...But i think i've always been the type to want to be better than mediocore when doing something...If i dont see results it wont be the end of the world for me just want to give it a try cuz i'd prefer 2 be 5'10" rather than 5' 8"
 
Stretching cartilage to increase body height is either not possible, or it's going to be a chronic problem for you later.

Where in the body is this stretchable cartilage that can add height? Please indicate some specific locations as I realize cartilage is virtually everywhere.

I think it sounds good, but I don't think it'll work as well as defined. It's like Penis Enlargement when you first get into it: it makes perfect sense and you should have good results within a couple of months. But the fact is you need a couple of years to get what you want.

I think you should independently check out a therapist who works with cartilage regen and do some searching on the web on the subject of cartilage and growth. Don't rely on just this site you've linked. You may waste a lot of time and effort otherwise. Good Luck!

Natural Penis Enlargement that is. Sometimes is not about the scientific explination or what is known in medical terms. When it comes to humans and the human body, the limitations become, well just that, limitations; but keep in mind that the biggest limitation/obstacles in life is our selves. So could a human being that truly DESIRES more height, and not only that but he is willing to do what others wont, well to me that sounds like one day he will be walking one one inch taller in a year or less... who know man, we truly are an amazing specie... smoked a lil so Im feeling kinda talkative hehe. Hey people. Try this,Measure your "night" height and your morning "height". There will be about an 1-2 inches different.
The only thing that has worked for me was to excercise my back doing Deadlifts and Squats,my Morning height = My night height.

Anything more than that is not possible or will not be worth it.
 
Its a fact that you can loose up to a couple of inches of height during a day where you have been standing up. You can't get like 10 inches in height, but by doing some stretches you can get a few inches. i read a book about stretching out (was for my martial arts) where they also took up this subject:

Im personally 190cm, thats around 76 inches, i got some pretty high friends, but i have never been concerned about my height.
But if you really wanna try this out, read carefully up on it, and then see what you can find out. as long as you don't do bizarre things like jumping out of a building with a regular rope around your feet i would say go for it.
 
Growth Hormone prescribed by a private physician/doctor works. I wouldn’t go down that road without a doctor to monitor your health and give the correct doses accordingly. I know of users that Growth Hormones increase there balls and penis and they’ve also gained muscle. But it makes other organs grow in the body also.

Also growing larger muscles gives off the perception you are taller than you are and mass in a way can make up for height and make you superior to the average male.
