How do you guys manage to do girth work without watching adult entertainment? I always have to have some kind of stimulus, but hate having to sit and watch adult entertainment for 30+ minutes. I like to do my PE while I sit and catch up on my shows at night, but it's usually impossible for me to maintain any kind of erection. I hardly watch adult entertainment at all, so it's not like I've spoiled myself with daily hardcore adult entertainment. It's just that I haven't gotten erections for no reason since puberty lol.

It's hard to maintain an erection if you're distracted. Trying to watch a show while doing girth work is going to split your attention and decrease EQ. I agree with clad. While not always possible, the least distractions you have, the better your chance for keeping high eq. I personally have a house full of distractions on a daily basis so my chances of 100% eq is pretty low during my pe sessions. I try to get away to the quietest room in the house (master bathroom) for all of my sessions.
