do you guys think having low testosterone can hinder gains. i went to the doctor and had my levels checked and they are low. im debating on wheather or not i should start treatment. do any of you have experience with low t. I was shocked my T was so low, i have a good diet, sleep eight hours a night, no alcohol, exercise regularly, and im only twenty one.

I don't think that the Low T is something you need to worry about, but if they want to do theraphy you will find there are side effects to that. Running or working your long muscles will increase your T. The leg muscles, arms etc are builders of Testosterone.

It feels like I have the same phenomena. I don't workout nor run that much though. If it does help the production of T I'll start working out more.

As a side question; does T affect how powerful the orgasm feels?

i have read that hypogonadal levels of T over a period of a few years can actually lead to loss of tissue in the penis. Ive been doing pe for about 18 months and have gained an inch in length and half an inch in girth so im not sure if this is true. lifting weights doesnt increase your testosterone. is anyone on replacement therapy at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]matters of size[/words]?

this is a big problem for me. i am never horny. i dont know if any of you know how that feels. it sucks. i think replacement therapy is my only option.

Try taking dhea supplements.they help boost your test level.

If you have high estrogen it will convert t to e so supplementing t will not work. Natural is best. Lift heavy weight 2 or 3 times a week, avoid white sugar and flour since insulin is part of the whole estrogen problem due to fat, snack on protein between meals like eat a few nuts. Get rid of fat.

Penis Enlargement can suppress t and elevate it. Mostly it elevates it but with heavy hanging there can be a suppressing effect sometimes.

Supplements does boost ones T levels, but it will only do it as long as you take them. Then you level will return to what you had before you started.

Thus paying for T supplements your entire life may become quite costly...

Yes try tribulis, yohimbe, roaring tiger pills and take them in cycle.u will see the results?Do u take some anti-depressive pills?

The problem here ain't something supplements will fix, perhaps momentarily but not in the long run. It's sad but it's the truth.
I did read up on Tribulus, Yohimbe and Roaring Tiger Pills.
For the first one; it's not even sure that it works on all people. But if it does, which the chance is highly unlikely, things can happen. I won't take the chance.
Second one; This is not to be mixed with alcohol and then probably not with other medications either. So I would not recommend to take this one.
Thirdly... it really look like a scam. I've not come across one pill out there that seems legitimate enough for purchase. Pills can boost ones T levels for while, as long as you use them, but after that they go back to normal.

If there is any pills that does work, it gotta be hard to find. Cause those that I've read up on until now are a complete waste of time.

I'd rather go with T replacement than to put (maybe hazardous?) chemicals in my body. Atleast then I know what will happen, cause I have to go to a doctor.

Working out hard and regularly will certainly increase T levels, it's a fact. However, since you are young, healthy, and work out already, there is some other extraneous variable causing a low T level (genetics, medication, something you're consuming, etc.). That being said, T therapy is a great option and can be very beneficial, with little to no side effects when administered and monitored properly, that should not be a problem. However, if I were you, I'd be more focused on discovering what is causing the low levels to begin with, and fixing the source of the problem. Unfortunately, most docs don't know much about much except drugs. I would encourage my doctor to help me discover why it is low, then discuss a remedy at that point.
Having proper hormone levels impacts every apsect of your life (mood, sex drive, strength, energy level, immune system, and the list goes on and on) so it is important to get it corrected. Best of luck.

Hydromaxm that makes me wonder: could exercising the rest of your body have 2nd hand effects on Penis Enlargement gains?

This is from a recent posting of mine:

The Environmental Working Group; good, solid useful info for the continued health & safety of you and your family. Of particular interest are the harmful effects of common household chemicals and plastics on the development of your male childs masculinity and fertility.

You might want to check out some info on here, your environment might just have a profound effect on your Test-T production.
Good luck.

Do you workout? and if so do you take any form of supplements, if so what?

i have an appointment with a very good doctor in my area. hopefully he will be able to find out what is causing the low testosterone. i dont think my problem is lack of exercise or being overweight. i dont have a ripped six pack but my stomach is flat, im 6'2'' 205lbs. i have made gains from pe and now im 8" bpel but i have no urge to use it. i dont trust any over the counter test booster products id rather get the real thing. If i do get T replacement ill be under doctor supervision so i should be ok.

heavyduty19,

my brother is now on T therapy and say that he can not believe how it has helped his attitude, strength and sex drive. He is 42, i have a friend who is taking the some T in a pellet form and tells me that he feels like a man again. What can i say, but if the doctor has verified through blood your test is down, at least there is an answer. I also beleive that T can increase through hard excerise and eating a good diet, long with good suppliments, but that can take some time!
Good luck

T theraphy is a common thing. THERE are various kinds. There is a common thread that will happen to those on T theraphy...the testicles will atrophy. To stop this, you can take hcg. I have been on T theraphy for years. The hcg has other properties too, but within hours of taking the hcg you will see the testicles come back to normal size. You can read about this on a site called "all things male." Dr. Crisler reccomends this hcg theraphy. GS

german stallion does hcg make your balls hang low all the time or will there be times when it wears off and your balls get tight and sucked up?

I take hcg every week, it will keep the larger and hanging lower, yes, it will wear off if you don't use it. ON the Testosterone shots, after about 3 or 4 months, the testicles think there is no use putting out anything because the brain says it has testosterone, so some of the cells in the testicles just get smaller and shut down. THE hcg keeps them full and active. Someone said they read where weightlifters use hcg after a round of steroids...that is true.

Another factor with hcg...it makes your body more open to natural insulin and if you are a diabetic, it reduces insulin resistence and you can take less insulin.

GS, How much does a dose cost on a weekly basis?

When you buy it from Alldaychemist the big expense is the shipping, so I buy enough to offset that cost. a vial of 2000 units of hcg is only about $10 bucks but you have the one time shipping charge. I take 300 units once a week so, 2000 units would last six weeks or more so not very much..Even with shipping if you bought a quanity you are talking less than 5-7 bucks a week. If you are going to use it daily you have to dilute it with bacteriostatic water which increases the cost but not that much. My doctor is much in favor of it's use. Dr. Crisler in "all things Male," has a lot to say about it also. I am sending you an email, DLD, read it and reply please. GS

I have used HCG to kick start T production after my body has shut down it's own production, it works wonders. If your body has stopped it's own production because T has been introduced from an outside source, it can take several weeks for your body to get the levels back up to normal, during which time your test/estrogen balance is way off and for all intents and purposes, you have a hormone profile similar to that of a woman. One dose once a week for two weeks is all it usually takes if you have discontinued T therapy. HCG is derived from the urine of pregnant women and is often given to boys who's balls have not dropped yet when entering puberty, it's some pretty interesting stuff, but can increase estrogen levels so be careful.

One thing to remember testorone supplements can increase your chances of going bald if it is in your familys gene pool...

also lifting weights does increase testosterone temporarily but over time increases it permanently. and testosterone doesnt make the penis grow. HGH does.

If you increase T levels, there is more free T available for 5 alpha reductase to combine with to form DHT (dihydrotestosterone) which causes hair loss. So yes, it may lead to an increase in hair loss. Contrary to popular belief, DHT is THE cause of hair loss, but there are supposedly some products available that block DHT or minimize it's effects. I would certainly look into such products, even if you don't choose to do T therapy because you are already losing your hair. Good luck.
