I know a lot of people have different opinions on this subject, and personally ive never really given too much consideration to it. I've always splint my stretching routine right down the middle, half on ligs, half on tunica. I've had very slow gains in the lenght department though. So i figure if I'm not gaining a whole lot it couldn't make too much of a negative inpact on my routine to take away the tunica specific stretches and consintrate on the ligs. My lot is just a hair under 9:00, so from seeing how others have gained with a similar lot it seems like I should be able to get a good amount of length from lig stretches. Any of you guys had similar experience?
 
Hey man, sounds like what youre doing is a good approach to use for your stretching routine. I feel like it's best to use more than ONE approach to a Penis Enlargement routine. I have personally never used the LOT theory (even though its a very good one) to dictate which approach I use. As far as my hanging experience goes, I have used mostly BTC angles and gotten results every time I've had a regular, and consistent routine. General consensus is that if you are feeling a stretch with what youre doing, whether you are working on length or girth, you ARE in fact getting a stretch and should stick with what youre doing.
 
I do apply the LOT theory to some extent but I also hit other angles. According to the LOT theory any downward stretching is a waste of time for me but I still include it in my routine (I guess I am too paranoid to give it up:D) I like a better safe than sorry approach, just like the PHASE 1 stretching routine addresses every conceivable angle of stretch so do I in my daily stretching routines. I employ a various selection of both tunica and lig exercises.
 
When I first started lig stretching my LOT way around 9:00, then I attacked my ligs for about 4 months non stop. By the end I had gained around 1.75" and my LOT was at 6:00ish and gains stopped. From then on I was a believer and all gains from then on revolved around my LOT and how I can change it.

Its now at 8:30, and Im gonna be beating the crap of my ligs for the next 3 months.
My future is looking very bright :)
 
thanks for the insight guys. I've been on this routine for the last 4 days. My ligs are sore as hell! I can't get into a full powered stretch for the first couple minutes cause it hurts too much. I'm taking a day off tomorro. I'm definatly likeing this approach. My girth routine has improved a ton too. Instead of doing all clamping everyday I'm doin a mix of manual exercised and clamping for about an hour every other day. It seems like the pump stay all the way until the next workout, for the whole 48 hrs. Pretty crazy. I'll keep you guys posted on how this new routine of mine pans out but so far its lookin like a keeper.
