Hi, Im a 20 year old male. I did Kegels for about 2-3 months last year then stopped. Then one day in March of this year, I was having a bowel movement. During this [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], I must have strained my anal muscles too hard because I suddenly felt my 'sense of control' that I normally had in my BC muscle and penis area completely go away and at the same time I felt that same sense of control get uncomfortably stronger in my anus muscles. Since that terrible day I have been in complete misery because I can no longer identify with my BC muscle/my penis or surrounding areas AND INSTEAD I have this constant over-concentrated sense of control in my anal muscles.
FOR EXAMPLE: If I try holding my pee or just contracting that muscle in general, my anal muscles contract instead involuntarily.
Sex is no longer desirable as when I ejaculate I feel my anus contract instead of my BC/penis muscle and my erections don't feel normal at all.
So to sum it all up basically I have a total lack of BC muscle/penis control AND INSTEAD I have this CONSTANT sense of anal muscle control/feeling that is extremely uncomfortable, over-exaggerated, and de-masculinizing.
So now im extremely depressed/mentally disorientated because I no longer feel masculine due to the constant feeling in my anal muscles/absence of BC muscle sense. I've been to a neurologist he said it wasn't a nerve issue, so now Im thinking maybe I overdid my Kegels back when I could do them?
Any advice/solutions would be GREATLY appreciated..
