If all you got is two hands you'll be doing a bunch of jelqs, horse squeezes, and bends. Slowsquash jelqs will be your friend.

He shouldn't clamp yet anyway. I was an avid clamper and have permanent bruises from starting too early. He's better off keeping it simple.

sewj016 - clamping does need to be done with caution. I can't describe myself as an avid clamper but have clamped for the last 8 years off and on. used shoe laces my first time lol. i fortunately never experienced any injuries or bruising. if you decide to clamp take it slow. don't go an keep the clamp on for 30 minutes your first time doing it. just a few minutes will do. if you start to get any discomfort stop...massage then clamp again. you have to experiment safely and slowly to find out how to do PE techniques the best way for you.

the longest i clamped for was 5 hours straight. kept a close eye on my cock of course. the hang after was amazing. I am experimenting more with clamping lately b/c i believe it is a great way to achieve girth gains. My main focus is length currently but want to be fully prepared when my focus becomes girth

SlowSquashJelqs can be done dry and they are a very powerful girth exercise. If I could do nothing else but one exercise for girth it would be the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words].

I did SSJs for the first time since starting back with PE, today. Afterward, my dick looked so I good I had to take a picture for the next times I send a bitch dick pics lol.

This is an old thread. I want to believe you have means to get a Mityvac now. The 5x5x3 girth routine will bring all the girth gains you need.
