Between the procrastinating, lack of personal space and injuries this last 12 months has been horrible, i have yet to actually gain any extra size.
My original size of 6x4.5 (2009) seems like such a distant memory, that i am now insecure about my 7x5 ( even though i know i shouldn't be! )
Anyways, i've been doing alot of reading and planning, and i'm really convinced that with a proper routine gaining an inch in both length and girth (or close to it) is possible within 6-8 months of dedicated PE, i mean my first inch in length came in under 2 months.
Now i know that was newb gains but i can see the way my cock expands during my girth session i go from 5'' to 5.5 in just a few short clamped squeezes.
I get get up to .75-1'' if i try hard, but i'm convinced that after half an inch in expansion, it's mostly just fluid build up.
That only thing i'm worried about with girth is, i still don't know how to cement, then move past that size?
You see it's like i can get from 5 to 5.5, but once i've cemented this, how will i be able to expand to 6''?
It's weird my .5 in girth was very weird and random just little spurts every so often.
Funny thing is, i started doing red frendo's and got huge expansion ( an inch) but for some reason i haven't cemented an single gain, but when i was just clamping a squeezing, and only getting .5 expansion, i seemed to cement faster.?
SO that's it.
How do you know if your cementing girth? (those of you who have made some good gains in girth and know what to look for)
