Even if I'm a Newbie here, I already have some Penis Enlargement experience.
I did a Stretch & Jelq routine for about half a year and made a life-changing gain of a bit more than an inch.
With this I had reached my target at that time and stopped Penis Enlargement.
To the day I've lost some 0,1-0,2" of the gain.
A month ago I restarted Penis Enlargement with the same program but had absolutely no gains, even if I felt a good stretch and the head of my penis showed signs of exhaustement after the jelq.
I want to stop jelqing, cause the head of my penis is already big enough and I think that the jelq is generally better for girth gains than for length gains.
I read some threads but there's such an enormous amount of information and exercises that I don't know which are the best for me at the moment.
As I said, I still feel a good stretch when stretching, but I'd like to do a more varied program.
Could you tell me some effective exercises that keep the ligaments and stuff "entertained", so that my gains go on?
