You can generate A TON more force w the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and hardly feel like you have to use any muscle at all to get that force. So there is no strain and it makes the workout much more comfortable all around. Saves your hand strength for other exercises

The biggest difference comes from the fact that with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] you don't have to use just your hands so the strength of the hands it not a limiting factor anymore, I do most of my streches with a rope hocked around a door knob and use the power of my legs to pull my body away from the door, and as someone has suggested I save all the power in my hands for the few all manual streches that I do in my routine such as DLD Blasters, Mandingo and Dual Fulcrum Bundels where it really matters.

Once you are securely and comfortably in the chamber you grab onto the handle bars are now are able to apply stretch from both hands. I think this realization comes once you have attached it, from here your stretches have no restrictions, just pure grip and strength.

Because i own a bib hanger and i am getting very dark to blue glans but without numbness during hanging 3 lbs wc i do not have when manual stretchng.
