Length Routine after my decon, what you think? suggestions plz?

Alright guys,

Just started my routine after 6-7months decon, i am currently doing Hanging with the MaxVac, although i am unsure what would be overtraining and undertraining, i am currently doing: -

AM - Hang 40mins, after hanging doing some Uli, squeezes and Clamp

Will this be enough per day? Or should i add in another session PM? If so what would be best out of these options: -

Option 1 - Manual stretches.
Option 2 - 300-600 Jelqs
Option 3 - A combination of 1 and 2
Option 4 - Another Hanging set?
OR....
Any other combination?

What would be best, any advise would be appreciated my goal is PURE LENGTH! Hope you can help and reply!

Just curious, did you lose any length or especially girth over your decon and if so how much? Also, if you did lose some size do you think you would have just kept losing it without any Penis Enlargement?

Not relating to my question but ill answer.

I didnt loose anything really as i think it was well conditioned and i did a maintenace routine until i stopped, if i lost anything it was prob about 0.25"

I dont think i would have lost any size.

Any comments on my thread would be appreciated from members, cheers

Thanks for the reply. Sorry, just thought I'd ask because not many go on a decon break like that. I don't know much about hanging so I couldn't really give any advice, good luck though and congrats on your gains!

Dont worry about it, prob wont get much replies anyway. I only went on the decon for that long because once i stopped i found other things to do and got out of the routine of doing Penis Enlargement, i wasnt going anywhere not matter what i did or how hard i trained, so hopefully now i will start gaining again.

Dude your at the exact same place as me. I did the IPR routine for like two cycles and I fell out of the routine. I moved out of my house and that had the most to do with it. I've also just started hanging with the max-vac and I'm looking forward for receiving the MV-2 soon.

I've been hanging 40 mins in the morning and I do light dry jelqing afterwards for a couple of minutes. My dick is now slightly sore all day long. I've read posts where people recomended hanging for 2 hours a day but my dick is sore if I hang just 40 mins. Sometimes if I have the time and energy I'll hang for some time at night. I've been thinking hanging 3 sets of 40 but I might just start hanging 2 sets of 40 and do jelqs and squeezes. I've heard mix reviews; some say you want to keep the penis fatigued and others say fatigue it and then let it heal. I guess I would like some answers too.

I hanged 4+ hours per day for about a month and gained about 1 inch. Shit was too much for me, I mean too time consuming.

DaaaahhHydromaxmmnnn!!! HOLY SHIT!! But its good to hear you gained. How long had you been hanging before you did this and what weight was you using.
 
ithiel > Thanks mate, 1inch in 1 month, fuck! thats all i want is 1"! But 4hours a day is too much for me! I have read different things, Dashking i think it was hung 20-30mins per day 7 days a week but using a very heavy weight and gained 2.5" or sumthing! Others say hang for hours and hours!

Ive just come back from a decon break of 7 months, so would hanging be jumpin in at the deep end before you can swim?
