Alright guys,
Just started my routine after 6-7months decon, i am currently doing Hanging with the MaxVac, although i am unsure what would be overtraining and undertraining, i am currently doing: -
AM - Hang 40mins, after hanging doing some Uli, squeezes and Clamp
Will this be enough per day? Or should i add in another session PM? If so what would be best out of these options: -
Option 1 - Manual stretches.
Option 2 - 300-600 Jelqs
Option 3 - A combination of 1 and 2
Option 4 - Another Hanging set?
OR....
Any other combination?
What would be best, any advise would be appreciated my goal is PURE LENGTH! Hope you can help and reply!
