I've never done the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] btc stretch using a table or other surface but have with resistant bands. Im sure the intensity between table and resistant band can be made to be the same. the resistant bands just allow for more dynamic stretching b/c you can vary from low to high tension and in between very easily.
