Lazy Ass Stretch Help

I take my flacid dick and i stretch it under my upper thigh and along my ass and sit on it? Questions i have are, it puts a lot of pressure on my balls as if i am sitting directly on them, does that happen to anyone, is this safe? am i supposed to pull my dick a little to the side like the upper thigh or directly backwords in between my balls?

I dont know if im doing them right because 1, i dont really feel a stretch and 2. i feel its not safe to be sitting directly on top of my balls

any help?
 
yeah...you don't want to sit on your balls dude..and if you are feeling any discomfort in that area...you are doing them wrong...stand up grab your balls with one hand and grap under your glans using the ok grip with the other hand...pull your balls to the left...while pulling your dick under your right upper thigh...once you sit down...you can move your body forward or backwards for a stronger stretch...you should be able to sit like this for about 15 -20 minutes then let the stretch go and regain circulation and if you want to switch thighs you can...and yes you can also do straight between your cheecks...but you still want to move your balls out of the way so you won't sit on them
 
yeah give them a try...when i first start doing them they were hard for me to maintain them...now i can do 20 minutes no problem...i like to do them while i'm on the computer...and i like to sit back...i feel the stretch more that way...if you still don't get it...let us know and someone else probably can explain it a little better....good luck
 
i dont know, i am sitting on my dick now and the balls problem is gone as you said now my quesitons are such

1. i only feel a SLIGHT stretch on the lig at the base of the penis absolutley none on the shaft, so how does this produce any sort of flacid gains or erect gains i just dont feel the real effectiveness of it

2. Also mabie its because my dick is just small but it keeps on slipping out and losing tension after about 10 minutes or so, does anyone have this same problem?

Also anyone have good experiences with this exercise?
