Hard, your penis pumps with blood and therefore there is more weight that you lift when you kegel. Some people like to add an extra weight when kegeling. You can do them throughout the day, but to me erect is better. About RKs (reverse kegels) I cannot give an accurate information, since I have not mastered them yet:):) :)

So deep. I heard that Reverse Kegels are important too. If you (someone) have problems with kegeling/reverse kegeling I would gladly try to help you guys. I was a pain in the ass till I started reverse kegeling and still it's not that easy, though, but with time it'll be like taking candy from a baby ( WHY do people think that's easy???????????????) rofl
 
Hey DLD! Once you told me you do kegels throughout the day( so do I), but what I was wondering is for how much time do you hold your squeezes? I do for around a 5 sec, but there a numerous threads that advocate sets of 20+ sec reps. If I want to do the kegels throughout the day what squeeze time should I aim at? And as I get more and more advanced- should I increase the squeeze time or not? Your answer would be of huge help to me. Your brother, Zam :)
 
This is the start of a great thread.

There is a lot of Kegel info out there, and by nature of the internet, I imagine a lot of disinformation.

It would be great to hear other users successes with different Kegel routines.

I personally have a long commute to work (60 miles each way),

and try to do 250 kegels twice a day (25 sets of 10, once on my way, once coming home).

My main goals are to increase EQ and to increase my angle of erection.

Any tips?

I currently to short, intense squeezes, about 15 seconds between sets.
 
My kegel routine:

100 2-second squeezes
50 5-second squeezes
1 mega squeeze, 300-1000 seconds (5-15 minutes)

Doing this once a day has made my PC strong enough to squeeze back ejaculation whenever I want. Still, I feel like kind of an underachiever and will eventually work up to doing this 2-3 times a day.

I also found that this trick helps.

We have a really good video on Kegels getting uploaded today, I will post for all to see. It really will help those who are confused understand the true value of these exercises and what they mean to growth.

Yeah, the benefits of kegels were actually the very first thing that made me go "Damn, this shit actually works!" back when I first discovered Penis Enlargement, precisely because of the improved EQ that I got. I had absolutely no issues with EQ at the time, but after about a week of doing them it was just harder, and if I lay on my back with an erection it would actually stand in the air rather than resting against my belly.

I want to stress that the "15 minute kegel" is not something I do every day lol usually I just do 300-500 seconds for the last squeeze.

To tell you the truth I'd eventually like to work up to doing this routine a few times a day, but right now I just work it in as a minimum because I'm a lazy fuck and this seems to work well as far as keeping my PC strong...being, basically, just an "amped up" version of the newbie kegel routine.

Think ima need to watch me DLD's video later and get motivated lol :cool:
