My kegel routine:
100 2-second squeezes
50 5-second squeezes
1 mega squeeze, 300-1000 seconds (5-15 minutes)
Doing this once a day has made my PC strong enough to squeeze back ejaculation whenever I want. Still, I feel like kind of an underachiever and will eventually work up to doing this 2-3 times a day.
