I'm still a newbie to all this, but maybe here's a tip for you guys?:
I am currently wearing my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] at 1200 grams, and did some kegels (pc muscle squeezes) at the same time, and it was a LOT more intense than normal kegels, as I was also working against the springs in the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words].
Kegels is not a big thing for me, but I know a lot of guys here do them, so maybe a tip for you guys(?).
