Would it be better to do kegels before workout toget more blood flowing?

And if I'm not pulling hard enough will this effect my gains? because I don't know if I'm pulling hard enough.
 
well i kegal throughout the entire day, just when ever i remember. but i would say if it is probaly better to kegal while your doing your girth work to help expand the penis more.

your surpose to pull as hard as you can when stretching, but not to much that you feel pain, if you aint pulling hard enough it will effect your gains because "you aint pulling hard enough" to promote gains.

It is smart to pre-exhaust your pelvic floor muscles before length because you will be putting most of the stress on the ligaments during your stretching routine. It is wise to do kegels during your girth routine to bring more blood into the penis.
 
what exactly is a kegel how do you do them a video or anything i can see anyone fam or what evers video don't work
