Hey all, I'm relatively new here, this is only my third post, but I've been doing the DLD Phase 1 for about 3 weeks now. I had done some other Penis Enlargement exercised for 2 weeks prior and am taking supplemental pills as well, and have already seen some nice newbie gains, from 6.1 x 4.85 to 6.4 x 5, but I have a question regarding kegels.
I've read that the strengthening of the muscle helps with sexual performance, giving you longer lasting power and such. Granted, I have only been doing them for 4-5 weeks, but my girlfriend went down on me the other day and I could barely control myself, having to stop her almost every 45 seconds before I ejaculated. Now, when we have sex, I'm tremendous at controlling myself and we can routinely go for over an hour, but is it just that the kegels will, in more time, help, or could I be overworking them and thereby reducing the strength?
I only ask because I've read elsewhere that it's better to go every other day instead of every day since the PC muscle is a muscle like all others, and too much working out of it could be detrimental.
