I use to be able to shoot my load. Is it me or am i the only one where kegels actually have caused my cum to now dribble out? I have tried L-arginine, zinc, and lecithin along with kegels to see if i can shoot further, but i can no longer do it. I do have more cum, but it just dribbles. Is there a way to get the shot back? Kegels did help me last much longer as i have more control, but a negative on my shot

For me it depends on my last time a came.

If i don't use my unit in a week, then i can bust a good nut. However if i jerk off every day in a week, i get a dribble.

You are not the only one. I have gone through phases with Penis Enlargement and doing kegels where it seemed to really help and also it seemed to really hurt the shots. I don't knwo what it is, but right now i'm having issues with the shot, and that's disappointing, especially when you know what you are capable of. I drink a lot of water still and i don't masturbate every day... I need help with this right now too.... Help.
 
It varies for me too. I get better distance and amount when I leave my dick alone for a day or so. Kegels definitely give me better distance, feeling and erection strength. Sometimes, if you overtrain, you may get weaker loads.
 
I should make sure I'm doing this right..
lately when doing my kegels, i place a finger right above the base of my penis, when i do the flex, i make sure i get a good tugback. I will also occasionally grab the glans and do a very easy stretch, and visually check the tugback as if i were testing my lot. When i was heavy into these at previous times, i think i was flexing the right group but flexing other groups along with it, and for me, i think my new method helps me keep the correct group isolated.
Something i still don't get is a reverse kegel... can anyone help me out with this?
