Well to think there was a time when kegel's and men didn't mix... Now you can google in your sleep AND throw a dead cat and hit something regarding kegeling and men.

And that's why I'm writing this... In doing kegeling, I found there are A LOT of them out routines out there, and for obvious reasons I don't want to learn the wrong one.

So the point of this is to ask if you have seen a direct improvement because of your kegel or reverse kegel routine, and if so, what is said routine?
 
Guys, easy with all this information you're throwing at me!

Bad jokes aside, I really thought this would be a good place to just sort out, organize, hash out even, what works and what doesn't related to kegels and reverse kegels.
 
Kegels and Reverse Kegels are a huge part of DLD Blasters, without them the Blasters would not work. Also, kegels, which I still practice today, allow for harder erections and contribute to lasting longer in bed.

Hey DLD, yep, they have so many benefits for men and I've noticed it's still slow going beyond PE circles that men are realizing that kegels can help them and not just women.

What I was hoping for this thread though was just a round up of all the popular and not so common kegel exercises and practices. There are so many out there that I was curious to see if there was a pattern to routines and if they did indeed work or not.

When doing kegels, I don't follow any routine. I just do it as much as I can. And I also do a few reverse kegels to balance things up.
