there are a few things i need to ask about "Kegel" exercise.

1) i never really done any Kegel exercises since i started useing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] 1 month ago. how important is the kegel exercises?

2) if the kegel exercises are important what kinda effect does it have?

3) if the kegel exercises are important, how many should i make each day? and how long should i hold it?

Stronger pelvic floor muscles, stronger erection, able to last longer in bed, good for your prostate as you get older, blood flow, etc. You can do kegels all day long if you wanted to. Just a simple workout everyday will be fine though.

Kegels are vital to penis enlargement. As the penis becomes larger it demands more blood flow and the trapping of this blood to bring the best erections. If you grow without strengthening the Pelvic Floor Muscles you may end up with erection quality issues where the penis is too weak to support the needed blood flow. Kegels are just as important as gaining size.

Kegels should become a subconscious activity you do throughout the entire day. Kegels can be done anywhere so I suggest putting them to habit and get and keep those PFM strong and supportive.
 
Go take a piss, stop and start over and over again. It'll feel bad at first, but continues to get better. Then take your hand and place it on your Gooch, in between your sack and anus. Do a kegel and you'll feel it. That's the muscle. Once you get good, you'll be able to raise towels with your erection. Follow the routine DLD gave you. Then continue to improve on it.
 
I personally love to do towel raises. Just get erect, hang a towel on your dick and lift it using a kegel squeeze. I do as many reps as I can and then hold it for a few seconds until the towel falls off. Then I get an erection again and start another set.

There is no real "PC" muscle, as a matter of fact what we call the PC muscle is actually called the BC. But it should be noted that this muscle alone does not account for the strength in erection quality, but is the entirety of all Pelvic Floor Muscles and muscles radiating into the core and sphincter.
 
Try doing kegels in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. The increased bloodflow gives a better pump and the weight of the water makes the exercise more strenuous. Win win in my book.

Good thing people nowadays can understand the difference between the PC and BC muscle. I remember so many threads and fussy fighty fits about this subject. Kids grow up.

So silly and the fights occurred because I left thunders. I always referred to it as the PC Muscles (Pelvic collection) and some dude at thunders gave a specific name to a single muscle the BC. I believe PC is a much better way to express this but I think the best way is to call them "Pelvic Floor Muscles" as they all need to be strengthened and all are strengthened through Kegel work.

Whether you think they are working or not please trust me, do them anyway. Kegels and building strength and endurance are a critical part of PE, without having strong pelvic floor muscles eq will reduce with every gain you make. Kegels are the unseen catalyst of a successful PE routine!

I do them during length, girth and while masurbating.
I just don't have a seperate routine during the day.

But I've tried doing them whenever I read about them on the forums :) - like right now.

Maybe I can start doing a kegel routine while brushing my teeth or warming up

Do kegels whilst working, in class, walking to and from places, you can do them any time anywhere!

That is just fine, makes little difference how you get them in as long as you get them in!

Randomly is just fine as long as you are getting a shit load in. I do it the same way, I am always doing kegels not even knowing it. This has given me so many benefits and I hope others reap the same rewards like lasting as long as you like in bed, shorter refractory periods, a bigger head size with a kegel being held, male multiple orgasms and even keeping an erection after orgasm. Also, it should be known that if your penis become larger and you have not increased the strength of the PFM (pelvic floor muscles) your erection quality will not be up to par.

Could a baseball bat shape (thin at the base and getting larger to the top) encourage lower EQ?

Not at all, the shape of the penis has little to do with the penis shape and everything to do with having stronger PFM.

When my foreskin is stretched too much (and frequent erect pumping can even cause that for me) I get white tears/scars on my top of my foreskin.
And when I took the weekend off of PE it healed pretty good but it started to tear again when I did 5x5x2 on Monday. That's why I do only stretches right now or at least no [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] until it fully heals.
I also apply a healing cream (bepanthen) frequently. Once it heals I'll start to lightly stretch the foreskin again and moderate it with PE.
 
There will more than likely be stretch marks (white, pale strides) and this is expected since we are stretching the skin. In most cases these stretch marks are very hard to see. This can be greatly minimized by warming up longer and applying a pea size portion of hydrocortisone and massage that in.
