Just Manual Stretching

I recently stopped Penis Enlargementing due to what I thought were two thrombosis veins in my penis and some other issues that I think were from doing girthwork at too high of an intensity. I took about 2 months off and went to the drs who said it looked fine even though the veins were noticeable and slightly hard and I haven't had any problems with erections.

They veins haven't really gone down in size so I'm guessing that is just how it will look from now on(I don't mind) So I have started manual stretching again this time with a heating pad keeping it as warm as possible, about an hour a day.

Im just curious if anyone has made and signifigant gains just from manual stretching. Either in length or girth. Also if anyone has developed visible veins while flaccid that weren't there before Penis Enlargement.

I've only been doing pe for a little over a year, just manual stretching and squeezes and went from 6.5-7.8 length and 4.25-4.9 girth. I used to dry jelq (easier because im uncut) but that gave me thrombosed veins so now I just do something similar to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s.
 
Veins will not usually manifest with stretching alone. It takes squeezing or jelqing to make veins more bulging.
