When you do the monthly totals you will be looking for posts that do not count due to overcasting, correct?
 
The system automatically grades posts based on content value and we personally look over them as well.
So posts that say "good job, thanks, lol", etc don't get counted.

I know I said I will give you the prize but your foul languages and the constant use of that angry smiley made me changed my mind. You can win the prize this month or next month. I have decided to give my prize to ChilDsh because I enjoy is posts more. Please forgive me Tempjnite.

Since you are forfeiting your prize, it is only fair it goes to master_mind, he had more posts than you and second place on thanks and likes received.

see templnite I liked that post for he is ready to give the prize to childish. The sacrifice and the managerial quality of huge is commendable as a moderator.

But I over all I don't like his few attitude like attacking others. Leadership quality comes by being humble and you encourage brothers no matter how they behave. You change them and not attack them. He is a manager. See DLD he is a leader no matter how I behaved like hammer exercise he had had his own ways to make me realize and correct me. That's leadership. Managers are rash. Whatever I love your posts templnite.
 
Huge gets biased but DLD never. Once he wrote DLD has a soft corner for me he never wants to ban me. He says ban master mind. Managers say like that. DLD is a leader he said master mind is improving as he was 6 months back. He also said over the period my posts will get better. Huge also said I am selfish , that should not be a moderators word. How I am being selfish lol on the Internet. Did I steal some ones size by my black magic.
