Jelqing question

I want to know if u are suppose to warm up before doing jelqs I know some people who don't. And also how long should someone jelq I heard times like 20-30 min and I also hear 1-2 hours is best. So I would just like to know the appropriate time limit on jelqing.
 
I have never warmed up prior to jelqing, but that is just me. I have never had any kind of injury. Maybe I might have (maybe I might not have) gained a little more if I had warmed up prior, who knows. A two hour jelqing session, no freaking way, but that is just me. You can accomplish a hell of a lot in 20 to 30 minutes, every other day or so.
 
a decent warm up will give you a pre workout "pump" feel, - it will losen every thing up and boost bloodflow! i personally try to warm up for 5-10 mins b4 a stretch or jelq session.
plus, you should start slow - maybe 15 mins then work up to how your body feels, ive jelqed for 45 mins b4, but jelqing quality beats quantity every time!
 
just started back - if i have a good warm up, then i get a real good pump at around 20/25 mins. i dont like to kill/bruise myself so i think for now this will do fine! i normally finish off with a 3/4 min clamp - for the only reason to improve EQ and get that "full" feeling :)
