jelqing lube

What is everyone using for lube when they do jelqs I have been using astroglide, or vasaline is there anything better I can use.

I came to prefer baby oil gel for girth work. No drips like baby oil, comes fortified with skin healthy stuff like vitamin E and chamomile.

I've been using an Astroglide gel and then I'll refresh it with a few drops of water as necessary. I'll get 100-150 jelqs before I have to get a few drops of water the first time and then it's usually 60-70 more jelqs before rewetting again.

It's a little annoying to have to keep rewetting but I've gotten over 700 jelqs without having to use more actual lube and have been plenty slick.

Vaseline is best, especially the no-name brands. Vaseline is unique in the sense that it has much drag for an oil based lubricant. Baby oil slides too much and water based lubes dry up too quickly. Vaseline will last an entire session and the drag is incredible. It does take longer to clean up but I always use this as an opportunity for a good warm down.

The clean up is what's keeping me from vaseline. I know it's great for jelqing but I take too long in the bathroom as it is. Add another 5 minutes of cleanup and my wife WILL be knocking on the door asking in I fell in lol.

Cladre's solution with a bit of water is pretty damn good; I've also used certain lubricants this way and the clean up is easy.

Personally I might suggest Shea Butter, at least trying it. If nothing else, it's good after a shave (your face, body or equipment) and overall face, body and hair conditioner.

They are meant to be used with a woman's "natural lubrication" so just a little bit of water, couple drops, is enough to get good and slick again. I figured out to use a little water the hard way. After my first jelqing session using astroglide (I was using hand lotion prior to that) and reapplying more and more I ended up using a lot. As soon as I got in the shower and got a little wet holding my dick was like trying to keep a cat in the bathtub. That's when the "DUH!" light went on and I started re-lubing with 4-5 drops of water.

I've used vaseline to masturbate many moons ago and I know DLD is correct in saying it's one of, if not the, best for jelqing. I just hate using oil based lube because of clean up.

Heck, I don't clean up, just leave Shea Butter on my skin ... No issues. Might slightly wipe of some excess, but overall it has helped my skin big time.
But true, oil based lube / creams do take a longer time to clean up if you need to clean up. But as I sometimes (quite often) do some jelqing prior to bed, I might use Shea butter and then it just sinks in after a good work out.

Just my personal experience, I haven't had issues so far with Shea Butter. With coconut oil I did, whatever I used it for; my skin doesn't like it externally.
Coconut oil rates high in Comedogenic rating and my skin is relatively oily already and I'm hairy as well; easy growth factory for ingrown hairs and whatnot.

I've always done it in the shower and used hair conditioner. Just make sure it's relatively "plain" with nothing like mint or any other weird things in it, or it will make your dick tingly.

No doubt, it dos take about 5 minutes to clean up but if you just use this time of clean up as a warm-down it would really be no more time invested (unless you do not warm-down). I just spend 5 minutes under the hot water with moisturizing soap and presto, cleaned up and warmed down.

I use coconut oil for jelqing. It works great. You can get it in any grocery store in the cooking aisle

Vaseline is the best but very messy. I took many precautions using it as at the time I had to wear dress clothes to work and if I did not clean up I ruined my pants. How I rocked the vaseline is after the session I first would use paper towels to sob and dry as much of the vaseline as possible. After I would do a 5 minute warm down using hot water and soap to clean up. After this I again would use paper towel to get any remaining oil and then apply a light dousing of baby powder.
