new here a quick one how hard do you squeeze when jelqing for length and in what direction is effective, in addition to doing stretches for length.

Jelqing for length is kind of like stretching for girth, it is not the best way to gain length. When men do use jelqing for length they keep their erection level below 50% so the stroke goes to stretching instead of expanding. The fastest way to gain length is through stretching. Jelqing is more of a girth exercise, but can help out with length if combined with manual stretches. If you are just starting jelqing DO NOT grip too hard when first starting... when i started jelqing i would grip way too hard and i ended up giving myself a thrombosis vein, ease into it. Start off slowly and make your way to a more intensive workout over time

This can be tough for some. I know i get easily turned on when I jelq, so best thing that worked for me is either masterbate first the n do your streches n jelqs or think of something nasty (yea I know) but this has worked for me to keep the erection away. If it gets fully hard, I usually back off until it subside away, then go back at it.
 
thanks DLD, iam using length work like manual stretches and adding in a jelq exercise after, then a girth exercise to finish off, 3 length 1 girth. iam going try this for 3 months , then i'll join [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].

Sounds like a decent plan bro... if you want to you should try doing length work when you wake up, hopping into an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ujw[/words] for most of the day to stay in and heal in an extended state and then in the evening do you girth work? Question on manaul stretching without equipment
How do you know you have stretched the penis correctly, intensely or hard enough?
Is it like a elastic band being stretched?
should you feel pain? no pain? a tug?
Is it like tying a piece of rope on one end and then pulling it untill it has straighten out?
please give description so i can get the sense of it!

How hard to stretch manually, as hard as you can. Unless you are a HULK you will be fine stretching with great intensity. Be sure stretching is progressive and smooth, no quick jerky stretches. Pain will be present at the base of the penis, where the ligaments attach to the pubic bone. This is normal and will subside after about 3-4 weeks. You should always do a warmup. A warmup can take the form of many things but here are a few.

1. Deep tissue massage
2. Warm Hot Cloth
3. Heating Pad
4. Rice Sock
5. Gentle stretching
6. Light flaccid pumping
7. Warm shower
 
5. Gentle stretching as warm up , example In a seated position stretch penis upward (toward your chin) hold and do 100 Kegels would that be fine before jelqing 300-600? Then warm down!

Yup, light stretching in all directions is a great warmup. I would go for deep tissue massage for a warm down.
