Jelqing fast strokes vs slow strokes

What are different benefits of jelqing with slow strokes and jelqing with fast strokes? Apologize if this has been answered before a link to that thread would be appreciated
 
Variety and intensity. The slow ones can be more full on and bring more blood in, while the faster ones sorta flush the blood through. Use a variety.
 
I agree whit red on this one, and even though Im a newb to Penis Enlargement,from my experience I think the slow jelqs are the best for me. You get much more expansion when you go slow than whit the fast one. It gives the penis more time to absorb the blood, and might I add, try if you havent to do slow sqaush jelq the pump you get afterwards is amazing.
 
I do whatever my penis feels like. If my penis can hold an erection longer that day then I will focus on slow ones. If erection quality isn't up to standard that day then I may be inclined to do them fast.
