ive been doing a 5 min jelq by 15 min pump then a couple min jelq after the pump for 5 days a week for quite some time now but my question is can i add 2 extra jelq dasy at about 10 min per day on my days off to get the muscle confusion going downthere again or am i better off with just 5 days a week and 2 days off

I think that would a good idea, to keep penis memory "alive" during the break, try that way of work and see if it fits you, good luck zilla :)
 
You have to see how your penis responds to this, and based on that make your decision. If you see that you are able to go 7 days and you still get good erections and quality workouts then the more the better. If you do it and you can't maintain a high level of erection or something else that makes the workout unproductive then just stick to what you are doing.

It is generally a good idea to do a routine for at least a month and check on your gains. If you are making decent gains with that routine then continue exactly what you were doing until you go a month or so with no gains, which is when you should change things up.

Remember, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
 
boohoohoo hit it on the head; if your routine is producing positive results, nothing to change. It's when you reach a plateau (homeostasis) and stop seeing positive indicators of growth is when you begin making adjustments. That's why a journal is beneficial/critical to assessing your progress throughout your PE-training.
 
If it's not broke don't fix it! It is important to realize that if you are in a gaining stage, take advantage of that and work even harder to make the best gains you can during that cycle, because these cycles don't last forever.
 
okay so i jelqed yesterday making it 6 days on 1 days off for 10 min and this morning my flacid hanged liek i just got out of an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or something and i even got erections for no reason in the shower also yesterday i shot like a canon and felt more powerful orgasm so today i took off didnt want to fix anything that wasent broken but the 7 day routine i am interested in im wondering since im going so light during my 5 days on that its actually a good thing if i jelq 10 min my two days off for 10 min since im only doing 5 min before my pump during the 5 day week i was highly confident before but now i feel i can slam i chick even better =P
 
should i step it up to both days for 7 days on its not too late i feel like the 6 day on made great improvements

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
