ive been doing a 5 min jelq by 15 min pump then a couple min jelq after the pump for 5 days a week for quite some time now but my question is can i add 2 extra jelq dasy at about 10 min per day on my days off to get the muscle confusion going downthere again or am i better off with just 5 days a week and 2 days off
