I've been gaining lately

I been practicing p.e. since 2007 when I first started at exactly 6in. bpel. I recently started hitting p.e. hard without breaks and hit 6.75bpel. Posted my new pic in the members pics section. I'd like to thank DLD for my gains because without him this wouldn't be possible, I learned everything from him. The key to p.e. is consistency.
 
I strech from 30 minutes to an hour, then I jelq for about 20 mins. Then I edge, hit some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s, and do some kegels. I've done a lot of diff routines, but after returning to the basic routine I've hit some gains.
