So, here I am, about to embark on the greatest change of my life. For the first time in my life, I actually feel confident and optimistic. Over the past fifteen years, I haven't been truly happy. But every aspect of my life is about to change.

I'm overweight, I have zero muscle tone, I drink way too much beer, my diet is practically garbage, I haven't been in a gym in over fifteen years, my financial life is laden with debt, I hate my current job, I'm angry all the time, I've had sex with my wife but once over the entire past year, and I'm a disappointment sexually. I am only able to enjoy sex or masturbation for a couple of minutes, and when I cum I can sometimes able to coax a couple of good pops of me, but my semen usually just trickles out of me. What I wouldn't give to experience the orgasms of my youth, when even I was startled by the force and intensity of my orgasms and the amount of semen that I could produce.

All of this is about to change because I was recently awarded a great job with an honest, living wage. In the span of a week, I have charted out the changes for my life. Welcome! It doesn't matter how bad things were what matters is that you're trying to change them. I'm not in the best of spots myself and I'm trying to change things. Starting the change is the hardest part. Afterwards you just need to stay motivated.

I know the orgasm part too. The worst for me was when I was taking anti-depressants. Almost all my orgasms were just okay, nothing really major. Took a few months to get good again after I stopped taking them.

Years ago I was doing kegels on a regular basis and my orgasms were getting better but then I stopped for no real reason. Now that I'm trying to do them on a regular basis my orgasms are getting much more powerful.

Anyway, keep moving forward. Nothing feels better than positive change.

This is a great thing to see happening. I think all men come to a point where enough is enough and they realize it is time to buckle down and make some charges or life will seem meaningless. Being able to see ourselves as the way we truly are, as depressing as that may be, is the first step in making these big changes in our life. For me it started years ago but I have come a very long way. I always love when a Brother takes up the whole challenge of mind, body and spirit, this will bring you to a place of peace and confidence. I wish you the best and I will be here each day looking over you.

truethe hardest tpart is facing who we really are what are we doing whit our lives,things can turn meaningless even hopeless,A real challenge i have to face in order to create the new me:cool::)

I cant thats true,my life needs to improve from now on,been feeling miserable for years,and i just dont want to deal whit that feeling anymore.

I just wanted to say thanks for the positive reinforcement. I went to my local gym today for my consultation and I learned that my weight is about 224, 80 lbs of which is fat. Yikes!

Looking forward to this, though. The next year is going to be grueling, but worth it. Now, I need to get to work on other things before I go to bed. Can someone tell me what BPEL, MSEG, etc., means? Thanks!

Grueling yes but it will be so rewarding as you go, BPEL=Bone-pressed erect length, MSEG=Mid section Erect girth this thread may help you a lot with terminology

80 pounds seems like a lot but you can easily drop that in a year or less. Create a diet with at least 500-1000 calories less than you total calories to keep and retain normal body weight. I would also make the diet 80% lean protein, leaving 20% to complex carbs. This will help you lose weight while retaining muscle. If you are training in a gym this will help you develop muscles faster. Get inspired about it too! You will be gaining much visual penis from just losing the weight. Now when you add PE gains you can make a massive difference in body and penis.
