you were the exact same size as me. I gained 1/4 in girth by just doing jelqs in about 2 weeks. I havent gained much since because of my work schedule. Plus I havent measured lately. Set yourself small goals, not such large ones i.e aim for 1/4 bigger than you are now and once achived go for another 1/4 inches.
It does your mindset better, and also gets you to your goals quicker [mentally]. It'll be along journey, it certainly wont happen in one year unless your VERY UNIQUE.
