Is this enough? please add suggestions

For length - i do 3-4 sets of BTC, 3-4 sets A-stretch, 3-4 sets V-stretch i hold the stretch for 20secs, some times i do the normal stretches of straight out, down, left, right and up for 3-4 sets, and i wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] any where between 1-3hours a day depending on the day (only just started with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]).
for girth - 15min clamping i masturbate to keep my self hard all the way though, and i do squeeses just under the glands and at the base just infront of the clamp, and i do 20-30min slow jelqs of about 2-3 secs per jelq.

Hey Brit, This workout looks nice if you can keep it up. Your length portion is real solid and it will pay off if you are consistent. I don't know too much about clamping but are you saying that you are doing Slow Squash Jelqs or just slow jelqs? I would like to know.
 
i dont know what slow squash jelqs are? will you explain? but i am saying that i am doing just slow jelqs

It looks like a solid routine. Lengthwise you could go 7 ays a week (my opinion and experience). Girth work less, maybe 4-5 days a week. Take it a bit careful with the clamping if you are new to Penis Enlargement.
Remember the most important part, never give up!!!
