"Is This A Good Routine?"

There's not a day that goes by that someone doesn't post a message asking for a routine evaluation. Part of the reason that us mods and admins push <A HREF=http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=909089-0000&PA=945208>the FORSIZE course</A> and <A HREF=http://www.mattersofsize.com>MOS</A> so much is because a structured, proven routine eliminates the guesswork. Most men that cobble together a routine usually list a half dozen or more exercises. Guys, the penis is not a complicated organ to work. Do you really NEED six exercises exercise per workout? Marathon routine will usually just leave you with a sore penis or temporary ED, sometimes even injuries!

Some of you posting these routines remark on the extreme "pump" or stretch that the routine gives you. The "feel" that you get after a workout is not indicative of the workout's quality. The sign that your workout is a good one is the degree of measurement increase that it gives you. You can usually tell after 2-3 weeks whether or not your workout is effective.

What's important for a good routine-

Progression sequences- doing the same thing everyday will get you nowhere. You need to make your workouts more challenging in order for your penis to grow.

Balancing intensity and volume- your workouts can be long or hard, but they can't (or shouldn't) be both! Most men get their best gains doing short, intense routines, but a select few thrive on long, light workouts. You'll need to experiment and see what works best for you- your training log will be invaluable in determining that.

Self control- Trying to do too much when you know that you shouldn't almost always leads to injury. It's always best to err on the side of caution. You can always make the next workout harder.

Honest assesments- If the measuring tape isn't moving after several weeks, then whatever you're doing isn't working. It could be the routine itself, or (more likely) it could be a lack of/too much intensity or volume.

Don't be afraid to ask for advice, but remember to use common sense and to err on the cautious side. You only have one penis :)

I had a really intense session today...I did them before and they got me nowhere...I cant help it though. :cool:
 
That's just part of my personality- I believe if you're going to do something- do it well. I paid special attention to every detail and kept copious note, plus I maintained a very high level of motivation throughout the entire time that I was Penis Enlargementing.
