I did the newbie workout for about 3 months.
Now I wanna do a new workout and gain about 1.18inch (3cm) in length and about 0.78inch (2cm) in girth.
Currently I am about 5.7 (14.5cm) - 5.9inch (15cm) in length and about 5.11inch (13cm)in girth. (NBPenis EnlargementL)
I thought about doing the "Behind The Leg Stretch" for about 30seconds x 10 times and then a little clamping for about 5 minutes. Is that a good routine? I don't have much time, because I am living together with other people.
