Hello All,

Last night I experienced a new sensation in my tunica during bundled stretches; I wouldn't call it pain that I felt, it was more of a localized soreness restricted to the tunica. I stopped doing my PE as soon as I felt it. I still have the sensation in my tunica today, about 18 hours from when I first felt it last night.

Is it possible to use too much intensity? And if so, what are the possible side effects? I wonder if I use too much intensity. Or is it possible that I finally made a breakthrough with getting my tunica to stretch?

I am still a newbie at this. Please forgive me if this is too much of a newbie question/concern. I began PE on May 1, 2016. My starting size was 7.5 x 5. Now I am 8 x about 5 and 1/16. I cannot believe that I hit 8 in a little over three months of work. I was a skeptic when it came to PE, now I am a believer.

Thanks to everyone who will share their thoughts in this thread.

I stretch literally as hard as my grip will allow, but I've been doing this a while. Soreness is generally a good thing, but "pain" is not. I would say that if you're just sore, keep stretching as much and as hard as you feel comfortable with.

Hello again,

Thank you Devildog0311, seven_wants_ten, and kyomoto for sharing your thoughts and advice. It means very much to me to get such quick feedback from you guys. I was a little concerned yesterday when I started this thread because of the persistent soreness in the tunica, which I had never before experienced. I have no issue with getting an erection.

Have any of you guys experienced soreness within the tunica that has lasted for more than 24 hours?

I've never had soreness in all my PE experience, either I never noticed it or I just never got it. Whatever the case, if it persists more than 1 day take a break or longer til you feel better. As you progress your penis will adapt. But let it heal.

Probably between 1-2 days. My ligs are almost always sore, because I'm constantly stretching.

Are you able to have sex at short notice and get a full erection or is it constantly fatigued?

Fatigue from girth work can affect my erection quality, but I don't think I've ever noticed it from length work.

How can you make sure if you can handle it? I think that's his question... He is already hurting...

That's why I said "Whatever the case, if it persists more than 1 day take a break or longer til you feel better. As you progress your penis will adapt. But let it heal"

It is very difficult to go beyond intensity with your hands, you will be able to stretch to a certain degree but it will not cause damage. The place where intensity needs to be moderated is using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words]. Thank you, Mike! It seems that I was worried for nothing, because the soreness in the tunica went away within 48 hours. But I will err on the side of caution and take a week off from PE; it just feels right to give it a rest for a bit.

Also, thanks very much to the others who shared their thoughts and advice. This site is an incredible resource.

You are killing the routine. Soreness is good. The only time soreness is bad is when you still feel it after you have ended your session. I ride the fatigues.
