is it normal? dark red spot in glans?

hey, today in the shower i did warm up and did [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] streches, i got serious and pulled it correct without pain but with intense pull, problem was when i finished the routine that i figured after dark red spot in glans head so i afraid to go on and do jelq. is it normal this red dark spot it look like blood was capture there from the strech.
 
I have had the same thing a couple of times but it was gone in just a few minutes. I get it sometimes after hanging but its very short term
 
Red Dots are Part of the Process. You can always connect the dots because there is always a hidden message :)
 
I look at them as a good thing, showed you've had a decently intense workout. They also do go pretty quickly, at first i was a little freaked out but all part of the process as the man DLD says, look at it as a good thing for sure.

Red Dots are very normal but I think some men become frightened when they see them. Red spotting is simply a side effect of good girth work. The penis skin is thin and blood will be under pressure when training therefore these dots appear. They will always fade within 24 hours.
