The latest data shows that average testosterone levels are decreasing likely due to pollutants in the environment. We're likely to see average penis sizes decreasing over time or maybe even widespread sterility and/or impotence if this trend continues. Needless to say that this is a very scary trend that does not bode well for the human race <:(

Something to touch on,

Today many many food especially in America, are riddled with Soy and Soy Lechiten, everything from Sauces, to Cereals, even Whey proteins itself. There are studies that show Soy hinders testosterone greatly taken over a long period of time. That coupled with the fact that still a great fraction of the population do not train with heavy weights (which boosts testosterone greatly especially heavy lower body excersices, squats deadlifts, cleans etc).

My father was a barber / hair stylist for 30 plus years, its also a known fact that Male Pattern baldness has been on the rise since the 60's.

Food has a huge role in all of this. Eat fresh clean food you should be okay stay away from the processed stuff.
 
Yeah, add me to the MPB rise. No one in my family is bald. Not one person. Yet I start balding at 17. Sweet.

I've talked to several older barbers that have said they have noticed this as well.

Bone pressed as any man who measures himself is looking for a maximum length so he will press hard against the bone when measuring. Some will even measure hard against the side to give even more length. Average size is measured bone pressed against the top of the pubic bone, directly in the center to the tip of the erect penis.
 
It seems there are a lot of couples looking for well-hung guys. Some say only 10+ will do. Others say you must be more than 7 because that's what I am. Etc. Etc. and on and on. Any ideas of how they're measuring? I ask because statisically, true 7+ is pretty rare and 10+ is very, very rare.

So many brothers are measuring from the side of their penis. Measuring from the side is wrong. The best and correct way to measure is from the top of the penis.

You can measure from the side, but it needs to be anchored against bone or else you'll have no idea how much you have grown. Measuring from the center is the proper way to go to give the best possible read out. Whatever way you measure, be shorts against bone and be sure you do it exactly the same way every time.

If the penis does curve a bit, pushing it up and flatten against the bottom side of the ruler will give a more accurate measurement of the potential straightened length. The measurement from the top, and dead center of the penis, is the predictive penetration overall length. Measure anywhere else around the penis, you're not getting the proper predictive length you're looking for. Remember, brothers, your penis length is not really YOUR length, but the length of penetration inside the vaginal canal. Even if you have a 7in long NPBEL, if there is some cushion/fat pad/thigh gap based on sex positions between you and the lovely lady, that is the reduction of your total penetration length. You may only have a total of 4in penetration length even with a 7in penis.

The fat pad is the enemy of the penis. I'm getting close to getting rid of it. It's now much easier for me than before. All.thanks to eating once in a day.

You're telling me, I don't know if you remember, but I had a massive fat pad, and at the time I believe I was nine inches, but only seven inches showed because of my fat pad. When I lost it all that weight, it got to a very low fat volume.I

When I lost all that weight, it got to a very low body fat. I lost 2 inches to the fat pad. When I lost all that weight. I felt like I had the longest penis in the world. At the time, my fat pad went from two inches, to .25 inch so basically after about six months of training my penis went from six inches 8 inches because I lost the fat pad

I remember very well. You told us about this experience repeatedly in the past. I'm getting better at reducing mine as each day goes by.

When it's gone, you're gonna be amazed at how much length you have. It was the biggest surprise of my life being able to see 2 inches of penis. That was buried under all that fat pad. I kept it simple and just jog two miles every day, and I watched my diet and it quickly went away.

Back in 2020, my stomach was very flat. I was on a very high protein diet back then. I've made 16 hours daily fasting a lifestyle. I've also made some light cardio a life style as well.

I've been doing the same taking walks every day and watching what i'm eating. I also fast and only eat 1 time a day. Just like weed, I only smoke once a day. I have lost a lot of weight so I couldn't be more pleased

Ever since I changed environment, my weed intake reduced. This helps to reduce my fat pad.

Back to topic, brothers need to measure correctly to know if they are truly 7+ in size. To many brothers are measuring down below from the side. This gives them a false sense of their true size.

Bone press measurements should always be done at the center of the penis and against bone, this will always give you a consistent read out every time
