Is flaccid jelqining useful?

I have been doing flaccid jelqs for about the past 3 weeks now 1000-1500 4 days a week then i do my girth routine and i am just wondering what would be more effective, cancelling out the flaccid jelqs and doing some more stretches or continueing with the flaccid jelqs because i really havent noticed any gains with them.
 
Keep doing them and you should some gain. Are you emphasizing on a stretch at the bottom {end} of the jelq? you must have some force and stretch while you do this.
 
Flaccid Jelq's should give you a better flaccid hang at the very least, especially doing that many. Doing erect Jelq's is where you will really see the gains though in girth because you are forcing more blood into an already engorged penis, which helps to stretch out your penis further than usual and this will give you gains faster. What else are you doing for a girth routine after you do your jelq's?
 
There was another thread like this before, I think Supra suggested to do more stretches instead of flaccid jelqs for length.
That's a whole lot of reps though, and I'm not saying it won't help with length. I'm sure it does, just not sure if more intense stretches could do a better job.
