Hi, what I am going to do is (Newbie Routine) do the stretches without a second hand on the base of the penis every other session. So basically today I did all the stretching with just the hand pulling out before the head (which for me I believe targets the base of the penis/inner penis).
Then my next session I will use my other hand and make the ring around the base of my penis, which for me makes me stretch my outer penis/tunica.... I believe are the words.
Does this make sense to do? Or is there some helpful advice from the experienced/educated?
