Dude don't do a vein. See there is a difference between injecting and injecting into a vein or artery. That is mainlining. With mainlining you have to make a shallow injection and pull out some blood first to make sure you didn't just go through the vessel. But the most important part is you have to make sure that there is no air in the needle and there is almost always a hidden bubble that is hard to get out unless you know what you are doing. When you mainline and air gos in it goes straight to your heart and you immediatley die. Do not inject into a vein or artery. And I'm not sure about melting it. Many times melting changes the chemical makeup and it will not work.

I dont need to melt it casue its is liquid that I have, were do I shoot it then?
 
Is it in a sterile solution? If not, don't even think about doing that shit for a little boost! It is not worth an abcess on your dick.
 
Um, you could always try swallowing the cialis, that's proven to work, why experiment with fucking voodoo jamming needles into your meat for no reason at all, it will still end up in your blood stream. I don't even think this would speed up the intake, let alone give better results.

I guarentee that if you put it in a vein and there is a bubble you will die. I cannot emphasize this enough. These drug dealers put it in a vein. That is how you shoot drugs. Hey Supra I read in a medical book that this stuff can be done and docs actualy do this to some patients who suffer from impotence. But it is said that there are dangers to it because you can get this thing called priapism. This is a long lasting erection. This can be some fucked up stuff man so stay away from this injecting stuff.

It is not hard to get the bubbles out. Just turn the needle up, flick, and squirt a tiny bit out. You have prolly seen the doc do that.

Not to say that this is a safe practice whatsoever.
 
STOP... You don't need to inject Cialis... because it doesn't really breakdown into anything in your gut... Cialis has a high enough absorbtion rate, that you can just take it oraly and you'll be more than fine...

Their is only so many time's that you can prick yourself with a needle, before you get some scar-tissue build-up... Scar tissue build-up in the penis means ED/Peyronies (wich their is no known cure for).

And with all this injecting, you have a higher chance of infection AND, this cialis might not even be sterilized well enough for injection (wich you can just imagine getting this problem, causing a part of OR all of your cock to be amputated).
