OK, so I have to be honest with you. I have had some struggles and inconsistency in my Penis Enlargement journey.

This is what exercises i do:
  • Manual stretching - every day
  • Penimaster Pro - Inconsistant

My goal is to use the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]Penimaster Pro[/words] 3-5 hours a day on weekdays and Sundays off, but I average only about 2 hours a day.

The reason for this is mostly wrong application. At lower tension, I can wear the device for 6h a day easy, but lately I have been increasing the tension, and this is where all my problems starts. It seems I need 80-90% vacuum for the positive lock-fitting to work the way it should. However, every time I re-adjust the tension, I need to upp the vacuum a little due to expansion.

If I end up wearing the device with too little tension, I get deformations and swelling on the upper 50% on the upper part of my glans and need at least an hour to recover.
If I end up wearing the device with too much tension, I suffer from loss of circulation and soreness, and need at least an hour to recover.

When ever either one of those errors occur, I tend to just lay off the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] the rest of the day.

If anyone has some good ideas on how to solve my issues, It would be much appreciated!

However, my main question is as follows: Will I be able to see gains even tho I average only 2 hours a day in the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words]?
 
A quick update. I tried to re-adjust the vacuum after 5-10 mins, and it seems to have done the trick.

I managed to do 7 hours yesterday, and I'm already up to 3.5 hours today.

This is what I'm trying to do:

1. Attach the headpiece slowly (I use a good amount of lube).
2. Suck the glans in enough to feel the "positive lock-fitting"-spot.
3. Let the glans expand for 20-30 seconds
4. Increase the vacuum slightly until the "positive lock-fitting" doesn't slip when pulled on.
5. Wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 5-10 mins. Soon, the glans will expand so much that the glans will "come out" a little of the chamber, but the positive lock-fitting wil still be working.
6. When the above happens: increase the vacuum so that the glans are fully inside again, and VOILA :)

Using this technique, I manage to wear the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] for longer without loss of circulation, no to very little discomfort and the ability to pull at greater force :)
 
I think with an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] only routine, time and consistency is critical, but if you are can only get in couple hours I believe you can still see benefits if you position those hours directly after more intense training, like manual or hanging. I don't know what the rest of your routine looks like but it sounds like you figured out how to use the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] for long hours. If you can only get in a couple hours, try some more intense manuals before putting on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I've had less free time lately so I've been trying to stretch or hang at least one set before putting on the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words]. I usually sleep with the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] on using the leg strap after stretching at night. I get some swelling but I wake up at least twice each night to go to the bathroom so I'm able to keep an eye on things. Lately, I take the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] off at a bathroom break and any swelling is gone by the morning. I know most will say not to sleep with anything on but I'm well conditioned and haven't had any problems so far. The swelling I get is not fluid retention or blisters, just a more plump head and I made sure to log in some long consecutive hours during waking hours to see the results before sleeping with the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] on and all has been well so far.
