(Jelq,Streches,Hangs,Clamps,Mummys etc.),but also your Trainings-intensity (like how many pounds you use/d by hanging,or how long you stretch/hang or how strong/long you was/are jelqing/clamping etc.) and the claimed Time per Training-Session/-Day and how many Restdays you had/have.
It would be also nice when everybody would write his own wish-measure.
Because of the fact that I´m a newbie,I can just write my Start-Measure and Im gonna to make the basic-program.
