So, during my first month I never did warmups because I have a public washroom in my residence. I know thats asking to be injured, but I do light workouts anyway.

Do you guys think this could have effected my gains? Or maybe this could be the reason why I am getting poor erection quality now?
 
small, just fill up a 1/2 pint glass(or pint if you prefer) with hot water, that you can bear the heat of, position your dick inside, press into your pubic bone region, and leave for desired amount of time. easy warm up.

I used to always skip warm ups, especially if I was at home with say half an hour to spare I'd just drop trou and start peing.
The result was injury - nothing major, a small tear i think, but this took a while to heal, which slowed progress.
So my suggestion would be always warm up.
Easiest is to Penis Enlargement after a shower or bath.
And if you want to just get a quick 20mins or so of pe in, its worth taking at least a couple of minutes to get warm, you don't have to do a full 10 minutes of warming up.
 
best thing for u go to walmart get a electric heat pad. plug it in wrap around balls and penis 5mins start pe'ing. its what i use for privacy purposes and ease of use.
 
Warm ups and cool downs are very important- not only to prevent injuries, but to prime the penis for a more intense workout (warm up), and to help speed healing and to ensure better blood flow (cool down).
 
I know the answer to my question but i still want to ask for the sake of asking rofl,
every time i do P.E without warming up , my SESSION would be AWESOME , because i love when my session is done in a spontaneous manner for e.g i am sitting on the couch and somehow got horny and just started to p.e , my erection would be perfect even the spongy-ness of my erection would be ideal for that PUUUURFECT JELQ and as a result my penis not only looks but also feels like its growing. Part of the reason for all this would be that when i decide to think about peing then go do my warm ups my mindset would that of performing a task at hand and i would not get the appropriate erection and my session would be that satisfying. Besides I see that i dont have any red spots on my head the next day since i jelq everyday. But I DO make sure that I have a PROPenis EnlargementR EXTENDED warm down session leaving my peewee really great. Any thoughts :blush: on whether its a productive way... ???

In your case, it's a mental aversion to warming up. You look at Penis Enlargement as a "chore", so preparing for it unmotivates you. Even so, it's likely that you take the first few strokes of your workout easy just to ease into things before going 100%. While not optimal, that's still a form of warm up- and something is better than nothing.

Physiologically, you're better off doing the warm up because warm ups drive more blood to the penis and they prepare the tissues for Penis Enlargement exercises, which prevents injury and makes for a better session. In a nutshell, you're able to get more out of your workouts with a thorough warm up.
